This privacy policy applies to the use this website and all other Tenth Month Enterprise, LLC applications, services, product offerings, and tools (collectively the "Services"), regardless of how you access or use these Services, including access via all devices (e.g. desktop, mobile, tablet, or gaming). 

 

We may update this Privacy Notice at anytime with the effective date of change. Notifications of the revised Privacy Policy will be posted on this site as well as sending an email to registered users.

 

Personal Information We Collect and Use of Our Services

 

Your use of our Services automatically gives us the right to collect personal information from you such as your name, shipping address, and email address for processing products purchased through our Services.

 

Information we don't collect is payment information such as credit / debit card data used for online transactions via PayPal or other payment gateways. Those third party providers are responsible for ensuring your payment is processed securely.

 

Once your payment is processed with the third party payment provider, we will track products you ordered through our Services as well as third party logistic providers so as to ensure we can provide you with information about the delivery of your products.
